Extend Roman Watches commercial warranty from 1 to 2 years.
For two full years from delivery, we cover the cost of movement and assembly repair or replacement, at no cost and with shipping included in both directions.
This extension is a voluntary commercial warranty: it adds to the legal conformity warranty (2 years in the EU, 3 in Spain) and does not replace or limit it.

Is it ready to wear when it arrives?
Yes—assembled, inspected and shipped to your door.
How long does shipping take?
10–15 business days. Your watch goes through assembly, checks and final inspection before shipping.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. Your watch is hand-assembled to the configuration you choose, so it is excluded from the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(c), Directive 2011/83/EU). If it arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, the legal guarantee applies and we cover it.
What does the warranty cover?
The Roman Watches commercial warranty covers the movement and the assembly for 1 year. In addition, and independently of it, the legal guarantee of conformity — 2 years in the EU, 3 years in Spain — covering the movement, assembly and materials under normal use: we repair or replace at no cost. It does not cover water ingress: water resistance is 3 ATM (rain and splashes, no swimming, diving or showering), and a watch with moisture inside is not covered.
Will the watch look exactly like the photos?
Yes. The configuration and finish are exactly as shown in the photos.
Can I change my configuration after ordering?
If you contact us quickly, we’ll do our best to update it before processing.
