Frequently asked questions
1. What kind of watches does Roman Watches offer?
Custom automatic watches built around Japanese Seiko movements — NH35, NH34, NH36, NH38, NH70, NH72 — for precision, durability and a look that is yours alone.
2. How does the watch configurator work?
Our interactive configurator lets you design your watch from scratch — dial, case, bezel, strap and details — and see it in real time before buying.
3. How long does shipping take?
Every watch is hand-assembled in Spain and shipping is free. Delivery normally takes 10–15 working days across the EU. Configurator builds may need 4–5 extra days.
4. What materials are used?
High-grade 904L stainless steel, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and premium leather or silicone straps for comfort and durability.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide with tracking. Orders inside the EU ship from Spain, with no customs or import duties.
6. How can I contact customer support?
Email us at romanwatchescompany@gmail.com and we will get back to you quickly.
7. Why choose Roman Watches?
Because we combine craft, full personalisation and premium quality at a fair price. Every watch is assembled to your own configuration.
8. What is an automatic watch and how does it work?
An automatic watch winds itself with the natural motion of your wrist — no battery. It is a precise mechanical piece built to last.
9. How do I care for an automatic watch?
Avoid knocks, wipe it with a soft cloth, keep the crown screwed down, and have it serviced every 3–5 years. Water resistance is 3 ATM: rain and splashes, no swimming or showering.
10. Automatic or quartz — what is the difference?
Automatics run on a mechanical movement powered by your wrist; quartz watches run on a battery. Automatics last longer and are what collectors look for.
11. Are the watches under warranty?
Yes — a 3-year Roman Watches commercial warranty on the movement and assembly, which meets or exceeds the legal guarantee of conformity that also applies independently of it (2 years across the EU, 3 years in Spain). It covers the movement, assembly and materials under normal use. It does not cover water ingress: resistance is 3 ATM (rain and splashes, no swimming, diving or showering).
